This Cookie Policy explains how CoWriter Ink (“the Service”, operated by Lokami Press) uses cookies and similar technologies in your browser.

1. What Cookies We Use

We keep this intentionally minimal. We only use:

• Authentication cookies — set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in between visits. Without these, you'd need to log in on every page.
• Preference cookies — remember small UI choices, like whether you've already dismissed the cookie banner.

2. What We Don't Use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or sell data collected through cookies to anyone. We do use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate performance and usage of the Service — these are privacy-respecting and do not use traditional tracking cookies to build an advertising profile of you.

3. Local Storage

In addition to cookies, we use your browser's local storage for things like remembering that you've already seen the cookie banner. This data stays on your device and isn't sent to our servers.

4. Managing Cookies

Because our cookies are essential to signing in and using the Service, disabling them in your browser will likely prevent you from using CoWriter Ink properly. You can still clear cookies at any time through your browser's settings — you'll just need to sign in again afterward.

5. Changes to This Policy

If the cookies we use change meaningfully (for example, if we ever introduce third-party tracking), we'll update this page and the consent banner accordingly.
